While we try our best to ensure that all products on our website will be available we cannot always guarantee availability. If we cannot provide a product we will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund.

Due to seasonal changes in the blooms, images available on the website can differ from what we provide. This will be due to various reasons for blooms being unavailable or their seasonality changes.

We reserve the right to substitute elements that are unavailable unless they are specifically included in the product title or description we will not substitute red roses in the dozen red roses arrangement).- Product images are indicative of the style of the product and of value. Where there are several size options for a product, the size used in the product image will be indicated in the product description.
